Common questions.

What file types are supported?
Most types work — PDFs, ZIP archives, images, videos, Office files, design exports. The only blocked types are executables (.exe, .sh, .bat and similar) and HTML files, which could otherwise be used to serve phishing pages. There is a 25 MB per-file cap in the preview; the full product supports much larger files.
What exactly is an active delivery link?
An active delivery link is one live, client-accessible link. Each project or deliverable gets its own link. When a project ends, you archive the link — it stops working for the client and frees up a slot. Your delivery history stays intact.
What do clients see when they open the link?
A clean branded delivery page — your agency name, the file title, a note from you, and a download button. No 8fs login screen, no app install, no third-party branding. Any client on any device can open it in one click.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains (e.g. deliver.youragency.com) are available from the Agency plan up. You point a CNAME at 8fs, we handle the SSL and routing. On the Studio plan you can run multiple brands each with their own domain — and remove all 8fs branding entirely.
How is client data handled?
Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 — enterprise-grade object storage on the global edge. We store only the email used to upload, the file itself, and an upload timestamp. We don't profile or re-market to your clients. They never interact with us directly.
